Site Survey
The site survey includes detailed line survey, route maps, spotting of towers and marking of locations, measurement of distance between towers, longitudinal profiles, etc.
Tower Design, Foundation & Testing
We develop & design various types of towers along with sag tension charts, tower loading, optimization of load, etc. in collaboration with experts & engineers. We also perform works related to foundation of tower like reinforcement, corrosion protection, earthing, testing and more. Before installation of tower we perform full load/destruction of different tower designs.
Manpower & Equipment
We have skills that includes mobilization of Manpower & Equipment, as per site requirement. We are capable of mobilizing excavators, rock drilling machines, rollers, pilot wires, vehicles, sets, tower erection tools, mobile cranes, tension stringing equipment, sub-station, etc.
Erection, Testing & Commissioning
The successful completion of a project is marked by efficient erection, testing, commissioning and Handing over. We fulfill all guidelines & standards for test & commission transmission lines which include pre-commissioning checks, tests and charging of the line.
