Site Survey
The site survey includes includes detailed line survey, longitudinal profiles, route maps, spotting of towers, marking of tower locations, measurement of distance between the towers etc.
Tower Design, Foundation & Testing
We develop & design various types of towers along with sag tension charts, tower loading, optimization of load, etc. in collaboration with experts & engineers. We also perform works related to foundation of tower like reinforcement, corrosion protection, earthing, testing and more. Before installation of tower we perform full load/destruction of different tower designs.
Manpower & Equipment
We have skills that includes mobilization of Manpower & Equipment, as per site requirement. We are capable of mobilizing excavators, rock drilling machines, rollers, pilot wires, vehicles, sets, tower erection tools, mobile cranes, tension stringing equipment, sub-station erection, etc.
Erection, Testing & Commissioning
The successful completion of a project is marked by efficient erection, testing, commissioning and Handing over. We fulfill all guidelines & standards for test & commission transmission lines which include pre-commissioning checks, tests and charging of the line.
